We have a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and prejudice. If you are made to feel uncomfortable in any way, please do not hesitate to speak to any member of the Rum 'N' Bass team, who will assist you.
Aggressive, violent, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Offenders may be removed from the vessel or pier.

MV Pearl of London is an accessible vessel, with a disabled toilet that has full wheelchair access and panic alarm installed. If you have any specific needs or questions, please reach out to Team Rum 'N' Bass (at least 24 hours prior to the event).

Festival Pier is situated directly opposite from The Southbank Centre's yellow staircase, next to restaurant, GIRAFFE.

The event age limit is 21+
Challenge 25 & ID Policy
Any person who looks under 25 may be asked to provide proof of age for both admission and the purchase of alcohol.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
• Full Photocard Driving Licence
• Provisional Photocard Driving Licence
• UK or International Passport
• ID bearing the PASS logo (e.g. Citizen Card)
• Military Identification Card
❗ Please note: The team are unable to accept photographs of ID. All ID must be physically presented for verification.
Tickets must be purchased in advance - no sales on the pier or doorVessel management reserve the right to refuse entry.

We have allowed 30 minutes (from 6:15pm) for checking-in and boarding attendees, which is aligned with our access to the pier.
Vessel Management reserve the right to finalise boarding at 6:45pm in preparation to sail at 7pm. We do not have any control over the timing and the boat will not wait for latecomers. Don’t be THAT person running down the pier!

This event is a boat party that takes place on the River Thames. We will not be docked - we will sail the river throughout the duration.

We offer a limited number of exclusive, VIP Community concessionary early bird tickets to our community, including Blue Light Card Holder tickets for UK Emergency Services staff.
Groups of 4 or more can also take advantage of discounted tickets on the event page.

VIP group table bookings to accommodate 7 or 8 people, with drink options, are available for those celebrating a birthday, graduation, hen/stag night or, if you just want to secure a dedicated space for you and your crew. Secure your table (bookings close at 6pm on Fri 28/08/26)

Food will not be served on the boat.
Outside food, drink and chewing gum is not permitted onboard. However, if you'd like to eat before we depart the pier, we recommend arriving in the area early, as there are many food vendors nearby.

Denim is fine, as are clean trainers. We do not recommend wearing heels.
Whilst we’d love you to join in the masKerade fun, an eye-masK is not mandatory on the night.

Rum 'N' Bass does not offer refunds. However, we will be happy to transfer your ticket to another attendee, up to 48 hours prior to the event.
If you purchased your ticket via FIXR log into the app and transfer your ticket to another attendee.
If you purchased your ticket via Dice, Shoobs or Resident Advisor, please email admin@rumnbass.com with your ticket confirmation reference/number from the same email address that you used to purchase, plus the full name, email + phone number of the new attendee.
